Constable PET Exam Date 2024
Selected candidates will fill in the 26,146 vacancies of Ground Duty Constable in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and more. SSC GD Constable PET Exam 2024 will be held in May 2024, tentatively. The dates will be released by the CRPF.
SSC GD PST 2024
The objective of conducting the SSC GD Physical Standard Test is to check whether the candidates who have been shortlisted match the required physical requirements, which include chest measures, weight, and height. For the SSC GD Constable PST 2024, male candidates must meet the following physical requirements: they must be at least 162.5 cm (or 150 cm) tall for ST candidates, and 170 cm (or 157 cm for females) tall for General, SC, and OBC candidates. Furthermore, ST males should have a chest expansion of 76/5, whilst General, SC, and OBC males must have a chest expansion of 80/5. There are no particular requirements for chest growth for female candidates.

SSC GD PET 2024
The commission will conduct the SSC GD Physical Endurance Test 2024 after the PST test is over. For all male candidates including Ex-servicemen and departmental candidates (age-wise), the SSC GD Physical Endurance Test (qualifying) will be 24 minutes to 7 minutes. For the Female category, SSC GD physical standards will be 8 ½ Minutes to 5 Minutes.
